Department Description:
CHA PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA). CHA PACE serves adults 55 years and older with chronic medical and/or mental health difficulties with the goals of achieving the highest level of community independence and preventing nursing home placement. CHA PACE's high functioning interdisciplinary team works to fully integrate and coordinate medical and behavioral health care, community resources, and in-home support services.
Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor for Supportive Housing provides administrative support for the delivery of home care services in accordance with the CHA PACE standards of care. They are responsible for the oversight and scheduling of home care services provided in Supportive Housing, as well as managing overtime and arranging for agency services when needed. In addition, they support home care staff by developing and directing ongoing educational opportunities and competency evaluations. They demonstrate leadership skills reflective of interdisciplinary teamwork, communicating effectively with colleagues, direct reports, and community partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be substituted for a degreeCNA certification or equivalent is highly desirableSpanish, Portuguese, and/or Haitian-Creole language skills highly desirable
