**Job Description**
Cintas is seeking an Operations Support to provide day-to-day oversight in managing the work flow for the various positions in the Business Technology Department. Responsibilities include guiding partners through account related problems in the data base; addressing customer escalation issues; collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to expedite customer data set up; researching service shortfalls; serving as a subject matter expert in customer set up and data maintenance; assisting with the daily workload; and assisting the manager with day-to-day support activities as needed, including after-hours support.
**Skills/Qualifications**
Required
+ High School Diploma/GED
+ Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
+ Experience communicating verbally and in writing with employees and customers at all levels of an organization
+ Experience leading a team, directly or indirectly
Preferred
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Experience with Citnas systems (CCSS, Unity, Hybris)

**Compensation**
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $21.07 - $25.47/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
