Summary

The Operations Support Center Manager is responsible for enhancing employee engagement, improving operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality service execution. Acting as a strategic partner to regional and senior leadership, the Operations Support Center manager will lead a team of 20+ Operations Support Center Specialists across eight regions. The Operations Support Center Manager will also ensure seamless implementation of Company objectives, foster a productive workforce, and support administrative functions for senior leadership.

Essential Duties

Supervise, mentor, and train team members to achieve professional growth and performance goals Manage the missing in action process and other corrective actions to address merchandiser employee performance concerns Oversee team operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and address performance gaps Analyze operational and performance data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements by optimizing coverage and ensuring efficient resource allocation Deliver measurable enhancements in employee satisfaction, service delivery, and operational efficiency Conduct regular audits of work orders, photos, and project reports to ensure compliance with quality standards, while resolving issues promptly Act as the primary escalation point for technology, project execution, and communication challenges Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic planning and alignment with Company goals Drive new business initiatives, ensuring team readiness and seamless execution Other tasks and duties that may arise to meet Driveline’s business needs

Education and Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required Familiarity with retail merchandising operations, including onboarding, territory management, and quality assurance preferred
