As a Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition team. You will be instrumental in facilitating the onboarding process and ensuring the smooth integration of new hires into the organization. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive approach will contribute to an efficient and seamless hiring experience for both employees and Hiring Managers. Responsibilities Pay $25 hourly, Monday-Friday_8am- 5pm CST Schedule, Work From Home Position In addition, you will: Support Talent Acquisition by identifying and resolving barriers to successful onboarding, particularly working closely with Hiring Managers to address any issues. Provide timely updates on onboarding progress to the Supervisor of Offshore Onboarding and escalate unresolved issues. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all documentation, IT, and payroll setups are completed accurately and on time. Issue EBS Contractor numbers in Oracle and manage employee data in both Oracle and UKG. Handle adding and terminating EBS Contractors in Oracle and UKG. Create IT SNOW tickets for new offshore hires to ensure technology setup is completed. Maintain and update spreadsheets for new hire tracking, employee referrals, and other relevant data. Generate customized reports and pivot tables using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP. Assist with the creation and management of contracts for 1099 contract workers and Staffing Agencies. Serve as a primary point of contact for Hiring Managers and IT Managers regarding onboarding and employee setup. Prepare weekly reports for Sign-On and Employee Referral payments. Assist with conversion projects and other related tasks as needed. Qualifications About You: You have a track record of completing work with a high level of accuracy and quality. You have a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and employee onboarding processes, with a particular focus on creating smooth, efficient experiences. You have experience or are eager to learn about employee onboarding systems and processes. You enjoy problem-solving and hands-on collaboration with your team. You have at least 3 years of equivalent work experience, preferably in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Oracle, UKG, and ICIMS is a huge plus. You are skilled in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
