OPERATIONS SUPPORT OFFICER
Summary You will serve as an OPERATIONS SUPPORT OFFICER in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command of OICC MARINE CORPS MARIANAS. Responsibilities You will serve as Action Officer for taskers, data calls, etc. from higher echelon commands such as NAVFAC Pacific and/or NAVFAC Headquarters. You will determine requirements and participants and develop plans for tasking the implementation of specific approved programs or initiatives. You will research, analyze, and provide recommendations regarding process improvement initiatives. You will provide feedback to OPs on the effectiveness of the systems, processes, and tools. You will properly collect, and input required data elements into various NAVFAC e-Applications. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying specific business and contracting/procurement processes, ensuring performance data elements are collected and inputted in various e-Applications, AND developing executive-level briefs and presentations. GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting with applying specific business and contracting/procurement processes AND ensuring performance data elements are collected and inputted in various e-Applications.
