Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Service and Operations Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers while supporting operational tasks and specialized solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert across various functions, ensuring efficient communication and resource utilization to meet departmental objectives. Provide inbound and outbound phone support and resolve cases and email inquiries for internal and external customers. Operational Tasks: Manage tasks related to stock sales, stock deposits, tax and cost basis resolution, and debit balance resolution. Maintain a strong partnership with the company’s trade desk to ensure seamless operations. Specialized Client Solutions: Provide service and support for various client solutions, including but not limited to retirement plans, workplace investing, lending, and charitable giving. Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance and support both internally and externally. Collaborate with Operations Support and Specialized Services management to optimize departmental resources and workflows. Education & Experience The ideal candidate would have an intermediate level of expereince, typcially 3-5 years in customer service or operations support roles, preferably in financial services or a related field. Certificates & Licenses Compensation: $48,000-$60,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
