Operations Support Specialist II

Position Overview

CWT is seeking an Operations Support Specialist II

Position Description

Data Integrity / Data Verification and Update

o Analyzes and track transaction errors

o Identifies recurrent errors according to source and cause to provide feedback to the accountable team for action

o Corrects all errors to ensure data accuracy for reporting purposes

o Creates and maintains account-specific reporting fields

o Handles various invoicing processes in the back-office system

o Ensures collection and/or notification of missed transaction fees

o Works with multiple proprietary and industry reporting systems such as ARC, BSP, Glory, Matrix, AQUA, etc.

o Ensure proper documentation within PNRs and data systems

o Attends team meetings to receive updates, address challenges, and share best practices

o Works independently in high volume/fast-paced environment

o Keeps immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance

o Takes prompt corrective actions where necessary, or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken

Other Duties

o May perform other duties as backup to areas of the department as assigned

May be required to assist with department-related projects and implementations (clean-up, startup, closeout, etc.)

Position Requirements

Experience Education:

Education

o High school diploma

Experience

o 3 years of industry experience

o GDS knowledge <Sabre required>

Languages

o English fluent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

o Ability to pass extended government background required

o Must be a US citizen or resident

o Strong knowledge of travel management reporting fields preferred

o Detail-oriented to ensure a high level of data accuracy

o Basic MSOffice skills <Excel and Outlook> to create spreadsheets, tables, and documents

o Excellent oral/written communication skills to communicate with team members, supervisor, and manager

o Capable of working with minimal supervision

o Ability to meet productivity goals

o Strong organization/time management skills
