LOCATION: UTEP Tomas Rivera Conference Center Union Building East, Room 108 El Paso, TX Applicants should bring the following: Resume, applicable professional Certificate and/ or transcript Responsibilities Serves as the point of contact for the directorate at the Command Emergency Management Center during exercises or actual disastrous events. Coordinates all DFMWR movements for personnel, equipment and actions during disaster. Responsible for shelter management and evacuations in relationship to FMWR facilities and personnel. Serve on the Installation Emergency Management Working Group and CMT Response Team. Liaison for DFMWR with the Garrison Safety Office to include Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) compliance; DOD Safety and Health standards; Fire Prevention; Industrial Safety; Industrial Hygiene; Health Communication. Serve as the main Anti-terrorism Officer for DFMWR. Establish and maintain Ram measures for DFMWR. Responsible for the DFMWR Physical and Personnel Security Programs. Ensures compliance with established security related directives. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Progressive work experience directly related to the duties to be performed. Preferred are those candidates who have knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations, OPSEC, Anti-Terrorism (level 1 & 2), Force Protection & JPAS.
