Operations Team Leader II

Pay Range: $24.98 - $33.31
While reporting to an Operations Supervisor, the Team Leader is responsible for the performance (quality and quantity) and work assigned to a team within the operations department. Works closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure all department tasks are performed accurately and within established timeframes. Handle more complex tasks and escalated customer issues. Responsible for supervision of a team of 3 to 6 staff members.
Education and Experience:
+ Associates Degree andor equivalent business experience
+ Four year degree in a business related field preferred
+ Two years’ experience related to the department’s primary function(s) preferred
Skills and Abilities:
+ Accounting principles, organizational skills, basic banking practices, knowledge of bank products.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ PC skills in a Windows environment to include WordExcel.
+ Familiar with regulations and bank policies pertaining to team’s primary function(s) (loans, deposits, electronic banking, etc.)
+ Managing Personnel with the ability to supervise staff Must have a positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:
Hours may be different than 8:00 am to 5:00 pm depending on department need.
Tasks Performed:
+ 30% Perform daily tasks as assigned to team
+ 15% Research, analyze, and resolve complex problemsissues related to the department’s activity. Assist other department staff by handling escalated customer issues and answering questions.
+ 15% Train, mentor, develop, and oversee staff. Conduct annual reviews, establish individual goals. Assist with hiring.
+ 10% Completes performance reports for department staff that includes production, quality control and service level.
+ 10% Ensure department procedures are current and accurate
+ 10% Make daily decisions regarding the assignment of work and the coordination of workflow.
+ 10% Other duties as assigned.

+ Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
+ Stationary 75% of time or greater
+ Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
