We have an immediate need for Team Members in our Assembly and Production Departments. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Operations team. Primary Responsibilities:

Learn to handle optics, read blueprints, and use measuring equipmentAssemble products according to provided specificationsUtilize calibrated equipment as part of the manufacturing processFollow work flow instructions from Supervision/Group LeadsUse good visual acuity to identify imperfections in parts or assembliesFollow all safety protocols and proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform basic data entry and computer workShare in the commitment towards a positive workplace culture

Qualifications & Experience:

Completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalentPrevious manufacturing experience preferredAbility to sit or stand for long periods of time and work shiftworkGood verbal and written communications skillsBasic computer skills and comfort with technologyAbility to understand technical problems and make sound decisionsFamiliarity with the metric systemMotivated with a demonstrated positive attitude
