What will your day look like Direct a team of up to 5 employees Handle a book of business of clients using the new Certificate Center Train clients on the new Certificate Center application Lead all aspects of the entire end-to-end client onboarding process Analyze and solution requirements for new business onboarding to the Certificate Center Evaluate need for system improvements based on feedback from process owners and operations teams Respond to sophisticated inquiries related to the Certificate Center Understand key integration points between Bridge, Broker Desktop, and Certificate Center Troubleshoot and bring sophisticated issues to resolution for clients Maintain working understanding of US Certificates Processing and ACORD forms Work with key stakeholders up to executive level field office Support transformation efforts related to corporate 3x3 initiatives in the Certificates space Work with advanced reporting and metrics, provide analysis and report-out Assist with developing system and process related communications How this opportunity is different You will work with a multitude of stakeholders, process owners, operations leaders and end users on various projects. In this role, you will join the service center operations team servicing clients across multiple lines within the Commercial Property & Casualty business. You will be responsible for onboarding clients to the Certificate Center for Aon's US Commercial Risk business. Skills and required experience that will lead to success 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience with advanced understanding of Certificates of Insurance Understand agency management/workflow systems and key integration points Self-starter with operational improvement mentality Experience with centralization, standardization, and offshoring Experience working with multiple stakeholders Excellent PowerPoint and Word skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience analyzing complex issues and coming up with creative solutions Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant validated experience How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $60,000 - $70,000 anually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Illinois. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
