Apple is looking for experienced Operations Technical Solutions Specialists for its Advertising Platforms Business Operations team. This is an an opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced team that is focused on establishing industry leading support and new innovation with Apple’s News and Search Ads platforms. We are in search of an experienced person who has a proven track record of managing complex integrations and troubleshooting technical issues that help solve systemic problems. This role is a balance of understanding our operational challenges, investigating and solving technical issues, helping scope improvements for future Advertising Platforms offerings, and working closely with Engineering and Product stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life. DescriptionDescription- Proactively investigate ad serving and platform escalations from both internal and external stakeholders, taking full ownership to ensure timely resolutions. - Conduct comprehensive data analyses to identify and understand underlying systemic problems. - Create comprehensive test plans and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects for Ad Platforms' internal tools. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams on technical requirements for platform issues and feature enhancements. - Write and review technical requirements documentation for new features. - On-board internal and external partners on new products and platforms. - Develop and continually maintain internal documentation and training plans. - Explore methods to build tools and dashboards that enhance operational efficiency. Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications5+ years prior experience in a Technical Ad Operations/Customer Support Role, preferably within the online advertising industry.Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalentProven experience collaborating with customers, product, and engineering teams, with the talent to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Experience in providing high level customer satisfaction, resolving problems in a timely manner.Proven ability to mentor internal partners on effective troubleshooting and resolution strategies.Strong verbal, writing communication, organization and time management skills required.Incredible attention to details and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsExcellent knowledge of the online advertising landscape.Demonstrable knowledge of various ad serving platforms & MMPs (GAM, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc).Experience with leading and developing UAT test plans.Experience with SQL, writing and troubleshooting queries.Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment.Must have demonstrable creative thinking and problem solving abilities.Ability to resolve issues while handling competing priorities.Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau & ThoughtSpot.Skilled in Excel and data-driven analysis.Programming experience with languages such as Python & Javascript.Experience with REST APIs, integration and troubleshooting.Experience with a formal project management methods.Experience writing and reviewing technical requirements documentation.Education & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsPay & BenefitsPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,832 and $205,500 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
