Operations Technical Support Analyst (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

Broadridge is Hiring! We are seeking an Operations Technical Support Analyst to join our team in Newark, New Jersey.

Basic Purpose:   Position focuses on ensuring the daily settlement of high valued treasury transactions and reconciliation of Gloss vs BNY.

Work-Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.  This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.

Job Responsibilities:

Apply in-depth knowledge of Impact and BNY BDC to ensure timely settlement of client’s transactions   Monitor firm’s liquidity to mitigate overdraft charges IN BNYTrack failed transactions (TMPG) and follow-up with counterparties for fund settlements Monitor clients’ FICC activities and action uncompared transactions including Fund settlement requirementsCoordinate with client’s trading desk on collateral movement across different BNY accountsIdentify potential risk associated with certain high valued trades and act to mitigateEscalate client issues and complaints on operational matters to higher-level management, when necessary.                Develop and maintain strong relationships with team, and client’s trading desk.May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of Fed Settlement operational experienceIn-depth knowledge of Impact and BNY BDCKnowledge of BNY vs Impact reconciliationTMPG processesKnowledge of FICC processes including CFM

Skills/Competencies:

Functional/technical skills; knowledge of Impact, BNY BDC & FICCAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.Solid knowledge of Fed Settlement operations products and processesAbility to recognize and escalate high-risk items to minimize loss or breaks

Salary Range: 110,000.00 – 120,000.00 USD annual
