Your Role:

 

The primary responsibility of the Stainless-Steel Operations Technician is to build, test and document the manufacturing of various sizes of containers for delivery of ultra-pure materials used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. Most tasks are performed in a cleanroom environment necessitating strict adherence to protocol to maintain cleanliness.  The Stainless-Steel Operations Technician will operate various pieces of equipment to ensure the quality and integrity of the containers built.  They will document daily activity and provide input to prototype container builds when needed. Hours of the position is Mon. Fri 1pm-9:30pm PST. Specific Responsibilities Include:

 

Effectively understand written and verbal instructionsUnderstand technical assembly drawingsPerform disassembly and assembly utilizing hand and electronic toolsPerform test on container componentsOperate various types of semi-automated washing and drying equipmentEffectively perform concise record keepingProficient in Microsoft products ( Word, Excel, etc)Communicate and work with team members and other departments

Who You Are: 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

High School Diplomas or GED2+ years mechanical assembly2+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Knowledge of SAPStrong mechanical aptitude  Knowledge of helium leak detectingGood interpersonal skills including verbal and written communicationPrior use and understanding of torque wrenchesKnowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies

 

 

Pay Range for this position - $49,500 - $148,900

 

Our ranges incorporate all levels and career types available within this specific role, and are derived from relevant industry market data.  Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.  This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; paid time off; and paid holidays; among other employee benefits.
