Your Role:

The Operations Technician will be part of the Chemical Manufacturing team in Carlsbad, CA. The team of Operations Technicians are responsible for receiving, decontaminating, rebuilding, and filling our vessels with ultra-pure chemistries. Specific Responsibilities Include:

 

Conduct manual and automated decontamination of vessels Perform hazardous waste consolidationAcid-wash stainless steel and quartz vesselsMaintain a clean and organized manufacturing environmentSupport receiving by unloading trucksAssist the Engineering team with troubleshooting system issuesPerform data entry taskDocument and Inspect vessels to ensure quality

 

Physical Attributes:

Wear a full-face air-purifying respirator and other PPELift up to 50 pounds

 

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

High School Diploma or GED

 

 Preferred Qualifications:

 

Experience handling chemicalsBackground in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and communicationAbility to read and understand Safety Data Sheets and written work instructionsHigh focus on quality and safetyProficient using Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint)Experience with SAPAbility to use hand tools
