The Operations Trainer is responsible for providing training on the necessary skills and knowledge to employees and ensuring that Operations is equipped with a workforce that can optimize its current and future goals and objectives and deliver quality products and services in a safe manner that meet customer requirements.

Effectively train, certify, and provide guidance to new hires and transferring personnel on day-to-day processes in a manufacturing environment.Prepare, schedule, and conduct hands-on training.Provide guidance and mentoring for existing personnel to further develop their skills.Continuously identify opportunities to improve the overall success of operations.Assist Training Supervisor to implement process improvements and NPIs.Proactively identify areas for training improvement related to quality, processes, and productivity.Interpret and input data into application-based data systems.Read, comprehend, and adhere to written work instructions, SOP’s, etc.Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and promote a safe work environment for all team members.Accomplish other duties as assignedCompetencies (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position.)

Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your work location, the target hourly rate for this position can range from $24.00 to $28.00 an hour. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
