You will work closely with clients to analyse operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Working in this area, you will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks.

The Opportunity
As part of the Operations Consulting team you engage in consulting, designing, and implementing business process and technology solutions for gas and electric utility operations and asset management. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for project success and maintaining exemplary standards, while leveraging your broad knowledge in areas such as SAP PM, Maximo, and Oracle EAM to deliver exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide teams in delivering business process and technology solutions
- Manage client relationships and oversee account activities
- Focus on strategic planning and development of junior team members
- Facilitate successful project execution and uphold quality standards
- Utilize knowledge in SAP PM, Maximo, and Oracle EAM for client service excellence
- Drive innovation and process improvements within utility operations
- Mentor and develop team capabilities to meet client expectations
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master of Business Administration in Engineering, Business Administration/Management, or Construction Management preferred
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) preferred
- Designing and implementing business process enhancements
- Utilizing data analytics and developing mathematical models
- Working with asset and integrity management software
- Using GIS-based tools for data visualization
- Managing large data sets and developing risk models
- Building client relationships and stakeholder consensus
- Communicating unique propositions and performance metrics

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
