Responsibilities:
Lead and manage team supporting JSP customer support that includes VoIP, VoSIP, and TDM technologies. Operate and maintain voice infrastructure; ensure compliance; support modernization efforts. Serve as technical and project lead in support of key National Capital Region stakeholders. Deliver exceptional customer service while interfacing with high visibility personnel from various organizations. Develop and execute preventive maintenance plan while adhering to security requirements. Provide continuous monitoring of voice systems and provide regular status updates while taking corrective actions when necessary. Operate and maintain Joint Service Provider VoIP, VoSIP, and TDM systems within the National Capital Region. Monitor switching systems and network component operational status. Provision required VoIP/VoSIP/TDM services and perform MAC provisioning. Ensure systems meet performance requirements and report on performance. Responsible for test plans and voice services. Maintain/update all design and Operations and Maintenance equipment manuals while ensuring compliance. Support telecommunication system configuration management. Provide technical/project management coordination on JSP projects. Responsible for system reporting and producing status reports.
Required Experience:
10+ years of relevant experience in operations management, VoIP, or Telecom CompTIA Security + CE Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field Top Secret/SCI clearance
