Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Operator 1, Other Production to join their team. As an Operator 1, you will be part of the production team supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operator 1, Other Production

Location: Sandy, UT

Pay Range: $17/hr
Shift M-F 7am to 330pm

What's the Job?

Handling material of completed products to specified locations for regrind. Maintaining a neat and orderly work area, complying with good manufacturing practices. Working effectively in a team and independently with limited supervision. Interpreting controlled documents including work instructions and procedures. Notifying material support groups and operations of any equipment issues.

What's Needed?

6-12 months of previous professional work experience (in a related or unrelated field) required. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to comply with all local quality policies, procedures, and practices. Willingness to perform physical duties such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong communication skills to effectively notify teams of any issues.
