The following job description is for an individual that can perform the duties of one of the following three positions: Filler Operator Responsibilities: + Can safely lift up to 50lbs + Understands and can explain the theory of operation + Performs Metal Check/ Product Screening for foreign materials + Metal Check Calibration Procedures, Electric Scale and it’s operation + HACCP + Packaging Eatem Foods Products + Product Recognition + Completes all required paperwork + Follows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO. + Works as a team member + Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment Chopper Operator Responsibilities: + Can safely lift up to 50lbs + Understands and can explain the theory of operation + Stages and verifies correct raw materials for batch making process + Follows batch sheets and batch making SOP as directed + Operates equipment as directed from the standard operating procedure + Completes all required paperwork + Follows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO. + Works as a team member + Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment Flavor Technician Responsibilities: + Can safely lift up to 50lbs + Understands and can explain the theory of operation + HACCP Requirements + Stages and verifies correct raw materials for batch making process + Follows batch sheets and batch making SOP as directed + Operates equipment as directed from the standard operating procedure + Completes all required paperwork + Follows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO. + Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment Job Requirements: + Must have mechanical abilities. + Knowledge of GMP’s. + Basic computer skills, Word and Excel. + Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures + Exhibit regular and timely attendance + Willing to work overtime and weekends if needed + Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed + Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and supportive attitude + Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly + Ability to pay attention to and focus on small details. i.e., lot numbers, order numbers, etc. + Flexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvement Education Requirements: + High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Demands: + Standing, Walking and Lifting (up to 50 lbs.) This position offers a $500 sign-on bonus after completion of the first 90 working days, a $1000 retention bonus after completion of 180 working days, complete benefit package, including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life and dental insurance.
