**Job Title: Laminated Parts Operator** **Job Description** In this position, you will manufacture belts and baskets for the Food Service Industry using several different machines. You will be fully trained to assemble and manufacture both belts and baskets, working in an assembly-type environment. The products you create primarily go into the fast food industry (e.g., McDonald's, Subway). For example, you will work with trays or baskets like those used by Subway to toast sandwiches. The material is unique, layered, and heat-resistant. Your tasks will involve cutting, sealing, and putting together small parts with your hands. You will work closer to the machines laminating the material together, placing trays and baskets in the machine, and pulling out the finished product. Note that this area can be hot in the summer, but rotations with assemblers occur regularly. **Hard Skills** + Ability to fabricate other parts needed to produce various amounts of belts + Able to read orders and carry out essential functions of the job without direct supervision + Experienced with hand sealer, four-corner fixture, measuring devices + Ability to measure accurately **Soft Skills** + Ability to perform other routine duties in different departments as the need arises **Job Type** This is a contract position with a duration of 600 Hour(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Lake In The Hills, Illinois. **Work Environment** Laid-back team that gets along very well. You will cross-train in different areas of the 'Cooking' department and have opportunities to learn, train, and advance into higher-level roles.
