**Job Title: Operator** **Job Description** US makes Custom Nameplates & Identification Products with metal, aluminum, and decal stickers. We are looking for ONE Screen Printer/Printer Aid. The role involves setup and operation of machines to meet established production goals. Responsibilities include selecting correct tooling (dies, punches, fixtures) and material according to work orders and drawings, setting up machines based on work instructions, performing in-process inspections to ensure press-repeatability, adjusting parameters for part dimensional compliance, and performing tear-downs and proper storage of tools. The operator will also verify product dimensions, maintain good housekeeping, and perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and processes. In Fabrication, responsibilities include setting up machines, adjusting parameters for part dimensional compliance, working with calipers and other tooling, performing tear-downs, and verifying product dimensions. The dress code includes closed-toe shoes or khakis, shorts, T-shirts, and tank tops.
