**Job Title: Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Operator to assist our Adjuster with machinery operations. This role involves assisting with machine adjustments, loading envelopes onto machines, and setting up machinery. The position is for the 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. **Responsibilities** + Assist with the adjusting of machinery + Load envelopes onto machines + Assist with the setup of machinery **Essential Skills** + Ability to read a tape measure, including 1/8th and 1/16th of inches + Mechanically inclined with experience using hand tools or working on cars + Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience as a machine operator or production operator + Experience in production, assembly, or general labor **Why Work Here?** Join a family and woman-owned company with a rich history since 1985. It is very loud and not climate controlled, but industrial fans are provided to maintain a comfortable temperature.
