As an Operator you'll be responsible for the assembly and quality of components in the manufacture of final products and fulfill the goals of the production team. The position must understand the requirements/procedures of the position though training and practice. **What You’ll Do** + Operatesmachineryandequipment’sassociatedwiththeproductionofgoods.Followsdocumentedmanufacturingprocedures. + Performsqualityinspectionsduringallstepsofthemanufacturingprocesses. + Maintainsoperationrecordscorrespondingtotheproduct/process. + Maintainscleanandorganizedworkareaandfollowsallapplicablesafetymeasures. + Notifiesmanagementofviolationordeviationstomanufacturingandsafetyproceduresandguidelinesimmediatelywhenrecognized. + EnsurescompliancewithallAbbottproceduresandallapplicableregulatoryagencyrequirements. + Otherdutiesasassigned. **Required Qualification** **Education** + High SchoolDiploma **Experience/Background** + Capabletocalculate,coordinate,detect,evaluate,inspectandcollect. + Musthavebasicknowledgeincomputers. + Musthavegoodinterpersonalandcommunicationskills. + Abilitytoworkinteamsandfollowdetailedworkinstructions. + AbilitytoreadandunderstanddocumentsbothinEnglishandSpanishisrequired. **Preferred qualifications:** Preferably, experienced utilizing microscope.
