**Job Title: Operator** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team in a metal fabrication shop where we specialize in producing metal roofing and siding for large buildings. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our trim department, purlin section, and loading team. **Responsibilities** + Operate machines to make trim for buildings. + Load sheet metal into machines and ensure accuracy using a tape measure. + Maintain visual quality and solve problems as they arise. + Handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50-60 pound sheet metal regularly. + Prepare the frame of buildings in the purlin section. + Use a banding gun to palletize orders and attach straps to products for secure packaging. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a manufacturing environment. + Proficient in using a tape measure and basic math skills. + Ability to operate machines and use hand tools. + Physically able to stand and work on feet all day. + Experience in loading and unloading, general production, and assembly. + Knowledge in sheet metal fabrication and safety procedures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the construction industry and forklift operation. + Willingness to learn and be trained at an entry-level position. **Why Work Here?** We are a family-owned company that values our employees and provides opportunities for growth.
