What We Offer

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing experience is a plus Work experience combined with formal education may be considered Dexterity for small-part assembly Ability to focus on small parts (corrective lenses are acceptable) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient communication skills, both verbally and in writing Ability to perform as an integral part of a team Capacity to read, understand, and follow detailed instructions Microsoft Windows proficiency Ability to perform tasks while standing, sitting, and/or walking for the duration of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, crouching, twisting, reaching, and sustaining repetitive motions for up to 12 hours per day

What You’ll Do as an Operator

Operate injection molding machine, loading and unloading product and material in a clean room environment Assemble a variety of plastic parts in the clean room Maintain detailed records for product traceability Visually inspect parts throughout the shift, allowing for early detection of issues Follow specifications for the production and assembly of parts Maintain communications cooperatively and professionally with all levels of the organization, using established guidelines Perform other tasks as assigned
