**Job Title: Operator** **Job Description** As an Operator, you will operate the roll forming line used in the production process or assist other machine operators. You will be responsible for setting up tooling, loading programs for equipment performance, and ensuring the overall quality of parts produced on the production line. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment with a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task. You will also document production numbers as needed. **Responsibilities** + Ensure overall quality of parts produced on the production line. + Work in a fast-paced environment. + Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task. + Document production numbers as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience operating a machine in a steel environment (minimum 2 years). + Experience operating a rollform, press, stamping, or coil machine. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, producing 2 parts per minute. + Capability to lift 25 lbs. + Experience with quality inspection using gauges, calipers, and mics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working with coiled steel is a plus. + Crane certification is a plus. + Experience with roll forming. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company with opportunities for growth, health, dental, and life insurance benefits.
