Pay; $23.04 per hour Shift: Monday- Friday **Our client is looking to fill Production Operator positions in their Dover, OH plant.** + Temp to perm positions for associates that meet performance metrics + Environment is dusty – with a lot of manual labor, lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly, reaching above head to hang bags of cement and associates will dump bags of products onto a conveyor. + When not performing job duties employees will shovel and sweep ec.t keeping area cleaned + Some climbing will be required on a ladder + Forklift qualified associates - you may be on a forklift daily – however not all day + Typical shift is 6 am to 230 pm - however can work 6 to 6 Monday thru Wednesday, 6 to 4 on Thursday and 6 to 230 on Friday + Pay will start at $23.04/hour; pay increases after 60 days on assignment and additional pay increases after 90 days on assignment.
