Job Description
We are looking for someone to assist with our Stamping Department. This role involves various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our stamping process.
ResponsibilitiesCount good parts, rejected parts, and parts that require reworking.Identify and report any machine downtime.Insert material into and remove them from the machine.Operate stamping press.Assist with machining set ups.Pack and label produced parts as required.Perform quality checks.Fix temporary machine interruptions that fall within the defined guidelines.Essential SkillsMinimum of 1-2 years of experience operating some type of press (preferably stamping).Recent experience operating a press machine.Familiarity with assisting in changeovers/die setting.Quality inspection experience.High attention to detail and experience checking parts after production.Additional Skills & QualificationsComfortable training on changeovers.Steel Toed Boots.CNC setup, tool changes, offsets experience.Metal stamping experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This is a newer manufacturing facility, very well lit and climate controlled, but can still get warm in the summer months from the machinery within the plant. The dress code includes jeans, a shirt with sleeves, and steel-toed boots. The work shift is from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm (Monday - Friday), with occasional Saturdays required. Training will be on the 1st shift for a few weeks prior to moving to the 2nd shift.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
