Qualifications for Internal Candidates    

 

Experience: 3 years of experience in mechanical metal manufacturing or minimum manufacturing in assembly works.

 

Basic mathematical operati-ons.

 

Education:

 

High school finished or preferably high school.

 

Knowledge: Reading and interpretation of plans

 

Product inspection. Management and use of measuring equipment as appropriate in the area. Realization of basic - intermediate mechanics. Knowledge of Machines and Tools. Preparation of autonomous maintenance Checklist, machinery guards and 5’s. Shipping and quality metrics. Company quality documents. Energy block corresponding to the machines to be operated. Filling and Interpreting the work order. Machine operation. Filling OEE. Interpretation of PFMEA. Identification and management of corresponding visual aids.

 

Authority:

 

Stop your activity when the machinery, equipment or tool you are using is not operating safely. (security risk). Perform quality reviews of your product and reject it when it is not in compliance with the minimum quality standards. Responsibilities for Internal Candidates     Operates manual and / or semi-automatic machinery that is assigned corresponding to the work instructions of the machines. Make necessary adjustments of the machinery to be operated. Interpret work drawings, drawings of the parts (lay out). Operates the machines and produces parts, avoiding defects in the finished product. Performs the operation of parts to be produced to be in the tolerances of the Manufacturing Plan. Review and comply with the corresponding product inspections during the process, and the filling of the Inspection record to ensure adhere to the specific dimensions. (process inspection). Recognizes the malfunction of the machine and / or problems with the tools and makes the necessary tool changes. Know and make tool changes that can be replaced when the standard tool is not available. Performs rework and sharpening when the operation requires it. Use and know the hand tools and measurement according to your control plan. Keeps your work area and equipment clean, safe and orderly on a daily basis. Fill out the production and quality reports as directed. Know and apply your environmental and safety responsibilities. Complies with the daily checks of the equipment through the Autonomous Maintenance Check List. Contribute to Continuous Improvement through the suggestion and / or implementation of improvements in your area. Perform self-inspection of 1st pieces and certify that the pieces comply with product quality.
