Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing work in our plant, moving metal parts through various processes to prepare them for delivery to the end customer. This multi-faceted role will involve loading and setting up machines using process manuals, unloading machines, checking quality, cleaning work areas, and moving material around the facility. You may also be required to unload trucks and operate a forklift occasionally. There will be daily interaction with the lead, discussing and understanding the day's orders and tasks. You will also be responsible for visually and physically inspecting parts to ensure top quality before packing them for customer delivery.

Work Environment
This role is based in a small, organized, and clean manufacturing floor with a family-like atmosphere. The shift runs from 7 am to 3:30 pm, but flexibility is required as overtime may be needed, extending working hours to 10-12 hours per day. The environment can get dusty from the machining process, but regular cleaning keeps it manageable. The temperature can reach 80-85F on hot days, and the site does not have AC. Personal protective equipment required includes steel toes, safety glasses, hearing protection in some areas, and gloves. Casual attire is acceptable for this role. The facility is bright, organized, and has high ceilings. Historically, the shift is 1st shift, Mon-Thu 6am-4pm, with potential adjustments depending on business needs.
