Successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties: - Planning machining by studying work orders. - Configuration of mills and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets compensation and conditional switches, calculating requirements. - Loading machine with work pieces - Verifying settings by measuring positions, first run part, and sample workpieces. - Maintaining specifications by observing operations, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions. - Adhering to Quality assurance procedures and processes. - Meets production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity and quality.
