Job Title: Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced operator to join our C shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for minimizing scrap on each machine, verifying correct color concentration, preparing for and monitoring product changeovers, and verifying line clearances. The operator will also compare cycle times to standards, support packers during breaks and lunches, and ensure the correct operation of downstream equipment.

We offer bonuses every June and December based on production and company performance. We provide a $1,000 referral bonus and time off incentives, including one week of time off in the first year and two weeks in the second year. Additionally, we reward perfect attendance with a $500 bonus twice a year (January-June and July-December).

Work Environment

The work environment includes 12-hour shifts with two shift options: 7am-7pm (A & B) and 7pm-7am (C & D), requiring work for only 15 days of the year. More information on temperature and cleanliness will be provided after the tour. Please note that No Call No Show (NCNS) results in automatic termination, and two call-ins are allowed per month.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50
