**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking an Operator to join our A&C shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for minimizing scrap on each machine, verifying correct color concentration, preparing for and monitoring product changeovers, and ensuring the correct operation of downstream equipment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to perform equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs, and completing machine production line reports. **Responsibilities** + Minimize scrap on each machine. + Verify correct color concentration. + Prepare for and monitor product changeovers. + Verify line clearances. + Compare cycle times to standards. + Pack bottles to support packers at breaks/lunches. + Verify correct operation of downstream equipment. + Ensure production of good quality bottles at restarts. + Perform daily and weekly preventive maintenance on assigned equipment. + Perform equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs. + Complete machine production line reports. + Identify and react to various sounds and alarms. + Assist material operator with responsibilities as needed. **Essential Skills** + Machine operating + Production + Machine Operator + Mechanically inclined + Machine operation + Troubleshooting **Why Work Here?** Enjoy bonuses every June and December based on production and company standing. Note that NCNS (No Call No Show) results in automatic termination, and 2 call-ins are allowed per month. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
