**Job Description**
The Set-Up Operator & Parts Washer will be responsible for ensuring dispensing systems run smoothly, allowing production operators to perform their tasks efficiently. This role involves working with valves, levers, hoses, clamping mechanisms, labeling machines, and other basic equipment. Responsibilities include disassembling, washing, and reassembling parts into the production system, as well as troubleshooting minor issues reported by production operators.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure dispensing systems are functioning properly.
+ Assist in operating valves, levers, hoses, clamping mechanisms, and labeling machines.
+ Disassemble, wash, and reassemble parts into the production system.
+ Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues reported by production operators.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proven mechanical aptitude (could be from work or working on cars at home).
+ Experience troubleshooting mechanical issues (in or outside of work).
+ Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
+ Ability to lift 25lbs 50+ times/day (finished boxes of bottles).
+ Must have steel-toed/composite shoes.
+ Ability to work in a no-smoke campus environment (smoking only allowed during lunch breaks).
**Available Shift & Pay**
+ 1st shift Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with some Saturdays required from 5:00 AM - 11:00 AM.
+ $18.50, with pay increasing to $23 after a full year.

**Work Environment**
+ PPE: Steel-toed shoes required. The facility is clean, climate-controlled, and well-organized.
+ Employees sit or stand at designated stations and can use their own radios at a minimal noise level.
+ The company participates in 5S activities and complies with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements and procedures at all times.
+ Awareness of hazard code labels and following approved precautions and procedures is mandatory, as items in certain departments can be flammable.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of the Park 100 area in Indianapolis, Indiana.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
