Position Summary:

You will work as part of our operations team in assembling a range of components into finished goods, potentially contributing to products that support health or even save lives. This entails working across one or more production lines under the direction of Production Team Leaders and Supervisors, ensuring adherence to standard documentation, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Operates diverse wafer fab equipment in a clean room setting, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.

Proficiently handles delicate wafers and small devices, loading fixtures and processing equipment with precision.

Conducts basic measurements, performs visual inspections, and accurately documents work according to established procedures, emphasizing reliability and punctuality.

Must Have:

High school diploma or GED mandatory; entry-level position with no prior experience necessary.

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) required.

Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; strong attention to detail essential. Compliance with CGMP standards for consistent product quality.

Salary Range: $16.50-18.50 (Shift dependent)
