**Job Title: Operator/Assembly** **Job Description** As an MD5 Level 1 Non-Clean Room Assembly/Operator, you will work in a temperature-controlled and regulated non-clean room environment. This role involves working at various machine stations performing duties such as loading medical or filter components, monitoring machines, catching parts, visual inspection, packaging, labeling, bagging, sorting, trimming, and other tasks as needed. You will follow work instructions, perform check-offs, and document according to work orders. The filters and components you will work on are used for respiratory purposes, oxygen concentrators, bacterial disc filters, pre-bypass filters, and HEPA filters. On the industrial side, you will work on water filters. No microscope work is involved, but you will need to use small hand tools and custom machines. This job requires standing for 10 hours and performing assembly processes at a station. **Responsibilities** + Load medical or filter components into machines. + Monitor machines and catch parts. + Perform visual inspections and quality checks. + Package, label, bag, sort, and trim components. + Follow detailed work instructions and document tasks. + Use small hand tools and custom machines. + Stand for 10 hours while performing assembly processes. + Count, sort, and label parts as required. **Essential Skills** + Basic reading, writing, and math skills. + Ability to consistently lift up to 20 lbs. + Attention to detail and hand dexterity. + Experience with assembly and machine operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in general labor, stocking, packaging, or medical assembly. + Ability to stand for 10 hours. **Work Environment** You will work in either clean room or non-clean room environments. In clean rooms, you must wear a full gown with hair/beard net and eye protection, with no jewelry or makeup allowed. Safety steel-toe boots or shoes must be worn throughout the facility, along with safety glasses. The facility is clean and climate-controlled year-round. Each work station is neatly organized. The shift is from 3:25 pm to 1:55 am, Monday to Thursday, with potential mandatory work on Fridays. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
