**Job Title: Operator I** **Job Description** + Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on medical devices under close supervision, following standardized procedures. + Ensure job documentation is accurate and up to date; maintain accurate records for traceability and quality assurance. + Communicate effectively with all levels of manufacturing management, both in writing and verbally. + Follow safety guidelines, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a positive attitude with internal and external customers. + Support divisional initiatives related to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements. + Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM **Work Site** + This is a fully on-site position in Pleasanton, California. **Work Environment** + Clean room environment **Hard Skills** + Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures; understand and follow verbal instructions + Understanding of and ability to utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software packages. + Ability to prioritize work by determining the sequencing and timing of different jobs based on precedence and importance. + Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts. + Ability to make critical decisions and judgments with minimal supervision. **Bonus Experience:** + Medical device packaging If you are interested, please apply and text 925 979 5449 **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
