Purpose of the Position: A successful Operator 1 will have a strong dedication to safety and quality. Attention to detail is critical to ensuring the highest care is taken with plant equipment and processes. The ability to understand and follow work instruction while maintaining the 6S and key metrics in the department will help drive the success of the manufacturing process.
