Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)Job Description

2nd Shift - Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
A Day in the Life:
Manually assemble tubing and connectors to be used in the medical industryRead manufacturing drawings and follow standard proceduresManufacture bags applying standard procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprintRecord and complete accurate documentation according to GMP requirementsDrive safety culture and quality in all activitiesResponsible for performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products and raise to leadership when appropriateWorking with a team in a fast-paced environment assembling productParticipate in the Lean PPI (Practical Process Improvement) culture through Tier boards, GEMBA, JDI, RCCM, and/ or Kaizen eventsEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related fieldPreferred: Experience in a cGMP environmentKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Follow all safety protocolsDrive quality in all activitiesStand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, graspingUse hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling· Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassistedPhysical Requirements / Work Environment
Ability to work in a fast paced controlled cleanroom environment 8 hours a day with additional overtime as the need arises for production schedule adherenceThe Clean-room is controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise.Specific gowning is required including: gloves, hair & beard net and face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry, and the like.· Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygieneExcellent Benefits
