Operator II, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

As an Operator II, Manufacturing, you will:

Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and order of operations.Operate CNC lasers, turrets, and press brakes to produce parts to exact specifications.Use various tools to measure and verify part dimensions, ensuring flawless quality.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing processes.Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment 3 to 6 months preferred.Ability to successfully implement operational procedures.Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring parts.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
