At Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will have the opportunity to work in an ambitious environment that promotes collaboration and inclusion. **Responsibilities** As an Operator II, Manufacturing, you will: + Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and order of operations. + Operate CNC lasers, turrets, and press brakes to produce parts to exact specifications. + Use various tools to measure and verify part dimensions, ensuring flawless quality. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing processes. + Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment. **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you must have: + Proven experience in a manufacturing environment 3 to 6 months preferred. + Ability to successfully implement operational procedures. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. + Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring parts. + Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
