Summary: Seeking an Operator II to manage surface mount assembly equipment, perform quality inspections, and ensure compliance with customer specifications.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds Good vision, hand coordination, and manual dexterity Ability to read and understand work routers, assembly drawings, and component identification Basic PC knowledge HS Diploma or G.E.D.

Preferred Skills:

US citizenship or Green Card holder Ability to recognize and communicate operational issues

Responsibilities:

Operate manual, semi-automatic, or automatic solder paste stencil machines Load components onto Universal Fuzion or GSM pick and place machines Operate reflow oven and load programs into AOI machine Perform quality inspections at each stage of production Communicate with AOI personnel to resolve assembly issues

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
