This is a full-time, hourly position. 

Job Summary:
The Bulk Receiving Operator is an hourly position and is responsible for safely receiving and inventorying all incoming bulk ingredients.

Work Duties and Required SkillsFollow the expectations of all Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality standards.Receive inbound ingredients to the desired bins.Proficient in computer programs for inventory management.Ability to operate hand truck, forklift, and pallet jack.Assure product is properly inspected before receiving into the plant and meet all of ADM receiving specifications. Notify Plant Leadership as necessary, if any out-of-spec quality conditions exist.Unload ingredient trucks per standard operating procedure (SOP).Practice good customer service procedures per Customer Service Guidelines:Customer Service Guidelines includes being prompt and courteous, unloading customer’s trucks according to ADM ANI procedures within a reasonable amount of time with minimum customer delays.Accurate reporting with necessary paperwork.Participate in shift exchange review and response meetings to communicate your key process indicator performance.Once qualified, provide mentoring and training to new colleagues in the Bulk Receiving position.Perform other duties as assigned by Plant LeadershipAt times, overtime will be required
