**Job Title: Demolition Worker** We are seeking a skilled Construction Technician to support a project in Boulder. The role involves tearing out concrete, excavating soil, loading soil into roll-off bins, operating mini excavator, loader, skid steer, and performing manual labor. The technician must be comfortable getting out of equipment. **Job Details** + **Pay:** $23-30/hr. Embrace the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your contributions are valued and recognized. **Responsibilities** + Tear out concrete and excavate soil. + Load soil into roll-off bins. + Operate mini X, loader, and skid steer. + Perform manual labor tasks. + Support environmental Emergency Response Teams, Fixed Facility, and Site Remediation Projects around the Denver Metro area. + Decontaminate equipment or sites to remove hazardous or toxic substances. + Prepare hazardous waste for processing or disposal. + Respond promptly to emergency spills and environmental cleanup situations. + Perform hazardous waste cleanup. + Use a variety of specialized equipment under supervision. + Document all work completed daily along with the materials/equipment used on a Daily Job Report. **Requirements** + General labor experience. + Experience working outdoors. + Experience operating heavy equipment, including skid steer. + Reliable transportation. + 3-5 years of construction experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must Have a High school diploma. **Work Environment** The work schedule is Monday to Friday. Every morning, you will meet at the shop in Arvada and travel to the job site with an employee. Be prepared for occasional out-of-town travel for a few days at a time. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
