This position is in Cargill’s food and bioindustrial business, where manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies rely on us to consistently deliver the products and services they need, and use our technical expertise and market knowledge to develop innovative products. 

Key AccountabilitiesActing independently as the operator of the plant when starting up, operating, shutting down, securing, cleaning and promptly recognizing changes or problem situationsIntroducing raw materials and intermediate products into the processMonitoring and controlling production parametersDocumentation of process dataReporting and eliminating process faultsCompliance with all hygiene and occupational safety regulationsImplementation of tasks to comply with the statutory requirements for food safetyTaking samplesProactive identification of possible safety risks (occupational safety, food safety)Participation in instructions and training coursesother duties as assignedQualificationsSuccessfully completed vocational training, preferably as a confectionery specialist or food technology specialist or equivilantBasic IT skills (MS Office), ideally knowledge of production control systems such as PCS7Forklift license and basic knowledge of quality systems (ISO/HACCP) Fluent German (spoken/written), and ideally basic knowledge of EnglishPhysical fitness (lifting up to 25kg)No fear of heights (working height up to 3 meters)Independent and goal-oriented way of working and team spirit
