Job Summary & Responsibilities ·         Job Summary:The Manufacturing Operator 1 will perform a combination of assembly, weld, mold, and test operations on electromechanical medical devices, such as implantable pulse generators and external peripherals, chargers, and

 

 

·         Responsibilities & Other Duties as assigned:The essential duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Performs Electronic Assembly functions:Assembles, welds, solders and test medical devices and related parts using microscopes and applicable tools.Locates and corrects problems by performing visual inspection of Tests units using an automated computerized test

 

Performs Mold functions:Examines medical devices and related assemblies after molding operations to locate bubbles, nicks and/or excess Utilizes small drills, reamers, taps and knives to access bubbles and remove excess Patches and repairs bubbles or voids using syringes and small tools; bakes parts to cure epoxy

 

Performs Mechanical Assembly functions:Kits, assembles, bonds coats and processes medical devices and related parts using microscopes and applicable tools.Locates and corrects problems by examining devices and components and visually inspecting parts/assemblies.Repairs and corrects devices and related components using microscopes and applicable

May set-up/utilize special test equipment. The final starting salary offer to the successful candidate will be determined by evaluating several factors, such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and geography. *Nevro is a multi-state employer, so the target pay range may increase or decrease depending on the city/state.
