key responsibilities Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocol Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary Perform routine maintenance on machinery Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment Ensure quality control standards are met during the production process Follow operational procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity qualifications High School Diploma or GED Previous experience in operating machinery, in a high volume manufacturing or industrial setting Mechanical aptitude Possess excellent teamwork abilities, organizational skills, strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Basic computer and math skills Ability to work all shifts including 12- hour shifts, daylight, and off-shifts as well as weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
