Job Description
Handle over 600 advertiser support issues, including ad hoc and manual click credit funds distribution that requires review. Distribute funds to customers in the Iron Mountain system, manage 20 SIMS/day, and work in the SIM queue. Collaborate with the team to resolve issues, understand live promotions, and perform audits to ensure correct distribution by support associates. This role involves customer-facing responsibilities and mostly heads-down work.
ResponsibilitiesHandle over 600 advertiser support issues, including manual click credit funds distribution.Distribute funds to customers in the Iron Mountain system.Manage and resolve 20 SIMS/day, working within the SIM queue.Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and understand live promotions.Perform audits to ensure correct distribution by support associates.Review, audit, and distribute promotional click credit requests in customer-facing issues and escalations.Generate reports, manage multiple projects, and monitor promotional funds expenditures.Assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.Essential Skills2+ years of industry experience in operations, supply chain, or customer issue resolution.Operational background with experience in reducing and improving metrics.Knowledge of reducing SLAs.Experience with ticketing systems.Customer issue resolution background.Attention to detail.Reporting or auditing experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & QualificationsInterest in marketing or customer experience.Project management skills.Experience in organizing sprints.Participation in new launches.Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree with strong industry experience considered.Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with 40 hours per week, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Core hours are 9-5pm EST, Monday to Friday. The role involves running promotions campaigns, rewards programs, and driving consumer action to receive credit, with a purpose of distributing ad click credits and manually distributing click credit for promotions campaigns.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
