Position SummaryThe Ophthalmic Scribe/Tech position allows you to work daily while providing direct hands-on care to our patients and physicians. Our clinical staff report high levels of satisfaction with their roles at Central Florida Eye Specialists because they get to play a vital role in helping save peoples sight each and every day. Though the days may be long and busy, we find the results to be well worth the effort.
Our ophthalmic technicians and scribes gather information from patients, take images, notate information into patient charts, and help set up for exams and treatments, document the physician dictated patient encounter - and so much more! This position is great for those interested in veterinary technician, medical assistant, behavioral technician, phlebotomist, radiology technician and more. We will train the right candidate.
